How to report an issue wit the content
When using our platform, you may encounter problems with your content. Follow the instructions below to report this.
Click on the cloud to report a problem:
A message will appear on your screen with two options:
The option to use our Knowledge Base and find answers to frequently asked questions.
Report a problem to Support
After selecting ‘Yes leave feedback’, a window appears with a selection of the main problem and space for your optional description.
After clicking ‘Submit feedback’ you will receive a message confirming that your request has been sent to Support.
