How to delete learning items, courses and missions?

As you progress through your learning journey on our platform, you may find that some of the items, courses, or missions are no longer relevant to your interests or goals. In these cases, it's important to remove them from your learning paths to keep your learning experience organized and focused.

Please note that this option to delete learning items, courses and missions is only available for company admins and managers, then regular users may not have access to it.

Deleting learning items, courses, and missions is a simple process that can be done in just a few steps. In this article, we'll provide you with a step-by-step guide on how to delete this. Whether you're looking to declutter your learning experience or just need to make some room for new material, this guide will help you get the job done quickly and easily. So let's dive in!

Content -> Manage Existing Custom Content.
First search for the Course that you want to delete and click on the name (to be able to delete the mission, as a first step you need to delete all the learning items inside the course and then the whole course itself. After that you should be able to remove the mission from the platform).
Navigate to the learning items and press on the edit icon.
Click on the "Delete" button, which is usually located near the bottom of the page. A confirmation prompt will appear. Read the prompt carefully to ensure you want to proceed with the deletion.
If you're sure you want to delete the learning item, click on the "Yes" button. The item will be removed from the platform.

Note: It's important that once an item is deleted, it cannot be recovered. Therefore, it's a good idea to double-check that you want to delete the item before proceeding with the deletion.
Search for the Course name -> Click on the name, navigate to details and click on “delete” button.
A confirmation prompt will appear. Read the prompt carefully to ensure you want to proceed with the deletion. If you're sure you want to delete the course, click on the "Yes" button.
Search for the Mission name -> Click on the name, navigate to details and click on “delete” button.
A confirmation prompt will appear. Read the prompt carefully to ensure you want to proceed with the deletion. If you're sure you want to delete the mission, click on the "Yes" button.
