Enabling the Feature (The Addendum):

To activate this functionality, a Premium Custom Content AI translation Addendum must be signed and processed.

Action Required: If you do not yet have this feature, please check with your Account Manager to ensure the necessary agreement is in place.

Impact on Custom Content:

Once the AI translation option is enabled on our end, no further action is required by the partner (e.g., uploading materials again).

The AI will automatically process:

All future materials uploaded via the 'Add Custom Content' feature.

All existing Custom Content already within your learning paths.

Translation Timeframe:

The time required for the AI to fully translate and apply subtitles to all existing content can vary and is not fully within our direct control.

While we cannot provide a guaranteed Service Level Agreement (SLA) for completion, a general estimate of 24 hours for initial processing is often used as a cautious benchmark for partners.
