Content Guidelines

To ensure a consistent and safe learning environment for all users, SocialTalent has established guidelines for all custom content uploaded to the platform. These guidelines apply to both documents and videos:

User-Generated Content

All uploaded content, be it documents or videos, must adhere to the SocialTalent Premium Custom Content guidelines. This means avoiding any copyrighted material and refraining from including personally identifiable information (PII).

Video File Guidelines

• File Format: Videos should be uploaded in .mp4 format.

• Resolution: Videos should have a minimum resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels (720p), although it is recommended to be in 1920 x 1080 pixels (1080p or Hi Definition).

• File Size: Each video should not exceed 2GB. If you require a larger file size limit, please contact your SocialTalent account manager.
  

  

Document Guidelines

• File Format: Documents should be uploaded in .pdf format.

• File Size: There are no strict limitations on the size or resolution for .pdf files as long as they remain smaller than 2GB, which is the maximum limit set.
  

  

If the format or size of the video/document is incorrect you will receive the error message “File upload failed”.
