You can select one of three options for managing the deployment of new content:

1. Allow all new content (Default)

This is the most inclusive option.

  • What it means: Any new content (courses, lessons, videos, etc.) released by SocialTalent will be automatically added to your company’s library as soon as it is available.

  • Best for: Companies that want to ensure their library is always complete and up-to-date with the very latest information, without requiring manual intervention.

2. Allow only new content to specific learning paths

This option gives you control by filtering content based on your strategic learning goals.

  • What it means: Your company will only receive new content if it is specifically related to at least one of the selected learning paths.

  • Action Required: You must select the specific learning paths to which you want new content to be added.

  • Best for: Organizations that prefer to maintain a highly curated library and only want to introduce new content that directly supports current, targeted learning initiatives.

3. Deny all new content

This is the most restrictive option, requiring manual additions for all new releases.

  • What it means: No new content released by SocialTalent will be automatically added to your company’s library.

  • Important Consideration: Choosing this option means you risk missing out on timely updates and new resources. To add any new content, an administrator will need to manually review and add it from the SocialTalent content catalog.

  • Best for: Companies with strict internal content review processes that wish to manually vet and approve every piece of content before it is made available to users.
