Integrations with SocialTalent
SocialTalent offers a wide range of integrations to streamline user management, learning workflows, and recruitment processes. Below you will find an overview of all possible integrations, their setup, and links to related resources.
1. Single Sign-On (SSO)
Single Sign-On allows your users to log into SocialTalent using their existing corporate credentials, improving security and ease of access.

Setup Steps
Configure your Identity Provider (IdP) to connect with SocialTalent.
Exchange metadata between your IdP and SocialTalent.

2. User Provisioning
SocialTalent supports two main provisioning models to manage user accounts.
2.1 SCIM Integration (Automated Provisioning)
SCIM (System for Cross-domain Identity Management) provides fully automated user provisioning via your IdP. Base URL and SCIM token will be provided by the SocialTalent support team.

Setup steps include:
Enabling SCIM in your IdP.
Add the provided Base URL and Token.
Mapping user attributes (e.g., team, role, region).
Testing automatic provisioning and de-provisioning.

2.2 Self-Registration (Semi-Automated Provisioning)
With self-registration, users can register themselves through SSO. The Support team will prepare a custom questionnaire to guide users on their first login.
How it works:
During the first login via SSO, the questionnaire is displayed.
Users select their core team.
Based on the team, they are automatically assigned to a Learning Path.
Optionally, users may also select their region, which further refines learning assignments.

3. LMS Integrations
SocialTalent integrates with multiple Learning Management Systems (LMS) through our partner StackOne.
