Support Hours and Respond time


Our support team is available from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Irish time (GMT), to assist with any issues or inquiries.

Support on Weekends and Bank Holidays:
Support is unavailable on weekends, i.e., on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as on some Bank Holidays.

Exceptions for Bank Holidays:

  • On most Bank Holidays, support is available for reduced hours – from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM Irish time.

  • Exceptions include Easter and Christmas holidays – on these days, support is unavailable.


Support SLA (Service Level Agreement)

Response times for support requests

First response time

We aim to acknowledge all support requests within:

  • 12 hours during support hours

This initial response confirms that your request has been received and is being reviewed.


Ongoing response times

Follow-up responses depend on the severity and complexity of the issue.

  • Higher severity issues are prioritised and handled more quickly

  • Lower severity issues may take longer, depending on impact and required investigation
