Support Hours and Respond time
Our support team is available from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Irish time (GMT), to assist with any issues or inquiries.
Support on Weekends and Bank Holidays:
Support is unavailable on weekends, i.e., on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as on some Bank Holidays.
Exceptions for Bank Holidays:
On most Bank Holidays, support is available for reduced hours – from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM Irish time.
Exceptions include Easter and Christmas holidays – on these days, support is unavailable.

Response times for support requests
First response time
We aim to acknowledge all support requests within:
12 hours during support hours
This initial response confirms that your request has been received and is being reviewed.
Ongoing response times
Follow-up responses depend on the severity and complexity of the issue.
Higher severity issues are prioritised and handled more quickly
Lower severity issues may take longer, depending on impact and required investigation
