Why is the number not showing 100%?
The SocialTalent platform undergoes planned maintenance every two weeks at 7:00 a.m. Irish time (Tuesdays), during which updates are released. While we aim to minimize disruption to users, it's important to note that updates might sometimes occur outside of this schedule due to unforeseen circumstances. Although our focus is on minimizing user disruption, we cannot guarantee that updates will never happen at other times. Release notes can be found here.
