What to do when Cara(AI bot) stuck

If the AI Bot (Cara) stops responding or gets stuck during an activity, please follow these troubleshooting steps in order:

Quick Fixes

  1. Refresh the page: Often, a simple refresh will re-establish the connection.

  2. Check your connection: Ensure your internet connection is stable.

Technical Troubleshooting

  1. Update your browser: Make sure you are using the latest version of your browser (we recommend Google Chrome).

  2. Clear Cache & Cookies: Clear your browser's cache and cookies, then restart the browser.

  3. Incognito Mode: Try opening the platform in an Incognito/Private window to rule out extension interference.

  4. System Test: Run our System Test here to check for any blocked services.

Session Reset

  1. Log out & Log in: Log out of the platform, close all tabs, and log back in.

  2. Restart your device: If the issue persists, a full device restart can clear background processes affecting the browser.
