Renewals - Managing License on SocialTalent
For Team leader/Company admin only
1. Renewal with the Same Number of Licenses
If your contract renews with the same number of licenses, no action is required from you.
All users will retain their current licenses automatically.
2. Renewal with a Change in License Type
If there's a change in the type of license (e.g., from Recruiting to Interviewer), you are responsible for transferring users to the appropriate license pools.
Use the Bulk Upload feature for efficient transfers, especially for large groups.
Manually transfer Company Admins and Team Leaders to ensure accuracy.
3. Renewal with a Decrease in Licenses
If the number of licenses decreases, you must decide which users will retain access.
This selection process cannot be done randomly by support; it must be handled by you.
After determining which users will remain, deactivate or transfer the remaining users accordingly. You can use the Bulk Upload feature for efficient transfers, especially for large groups.
4. Monitoring License Pool Expiry
Regularly check the expiry date and the number of available licenses in your pool.
Navigate to:
Admin → Users → View Licence Pools
to monitor this information.
