Why has my % Total Progress (Learning Path) dropped?

There is a column in the SocialTalent reports called % Total Progress (Learning Path). This data reflects the overall progress a learner has made in completing their current learning path. 

You may notice that the percentage shown here can drop slightly from time to time. This happens when SocialTalent update or adds new content to a user's Learning Path. Once this user has completed the new or updated content their percentage will again increase.
