Firstly try running our system test, this can help narrow down where the issue is coming from. It may be an issue with the browser you are using or even an internal firewall blocking the videos from playing.

Could it be a connectivity issue?

Test your internet speed → and analyse what your internet speed is performing at. min. download 10mps and min. upload 1mps. If your internet is slower than these two speeds, this is likely the cause of the buffering problem. 

Still not working?

Please follow the below steps:

  1. Make sure your browser is up to date.

  2. Try playing the videos in incognito mode.

  3. Clear cache and cookies for your default browser.

  4. Use any other alternative browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Opera, Edge).

  5. Restart your laptop/computer.

  6. Run our system test.
