Interview Intelligence – Whitelisting Requirements

To ensure that Interview Intelligence works correctly, additional domains must be whitelisted by the customer’s IT team. Without access to these URLs, Interview Intelligence features may not function as expected.

Required Domains

The following domains are mandatory for Interview Intelligence:

hire-api.socialtalent.com
→ Core API used by Interview Intelligence
api.socialtalent.com
→ Required for platform communication and data exchange

Recommended Whitelisting

If possible, we strongly recommend whitelisting the entire domain:

If this is not possible, the URLs below must be whitelisted:

api.socialtalent.com
→ API used to run the platform
static.socialtalent.com
→ Stores images used in emails
socialtalent.force.com
→ Used to connect to Salesforce for the support widget
www.google.\* (e.g. http://google.com , http://google.ie , etc.)
→ Required for Google Analytics and Google Fonts
fonts.googleapis.com
fonts.gstatic.com
→ Required for font rendering
http://www.google-analytics.com
→ Google Analytics collects the following information through the default implementation:
- Number of users
- Session statistics
- Approximate geolocation
- Browser and device information

Video Content (CloudFront)

*.cloudfront.net
→ Used for hosting and delivering training videos

Amazon CloudFront is a web service that speeds up the distribution of web content. SocialTalent uses it to improve the download and streaming performance of training videos.

Any URL that contains the following string must be whitelisted:

.cloudfront.net

Platform Important Email Addresses

Emails should also be whitelisted to ensure that users receive password resets, welcome emails, and support communications without being blocked or bounced.

Blocking any of the required domains may result in incomplete data, failed requests, or unavailable Interview Intelligence features.
