I requested a password reset but there’s nothing in my inbox
First thing first, please check your Spam folder and bin. Your inbox filters might send our email to other folders in your email.
The email isn’t in my spam or bin folder. What should I do next?
If you requested a password reset email and you did not receive it your email/network/firewall might be blocking it. You may have to whitelist firstname.lastname@example.org as the password resets come from this email address. If you have access to your company’s IT team, please reach out to them and they should be able to assist you with this.
You can also reach out to your company admin/manager to reset your password via User Management.
