A network error caused the media download to fail part-way.

When you receive such a message refresh the page. If refreshing the page has no effect, follow the steps below:

  1. Make sure your browser is up to date.

  2. Try playing the videos in incognito mode.

  3. Log out from the platform.

  4. Clear cache and cookies for your default browser.

  5. Log in to the platform.

  6. Use other alternative browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Opera, Edge).

  7. Run our system test.

If the problem persists after following the above steps, please send us the full screenshot of the test from step 7. We recommend our users use Google Chrome.
