Log out of the platform.
Clear cache and cookies for your default browser.
Log in to the platform.
Use other alternative browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Opera, Edge).
Run our system test.
If the problem persists after following the above steps, please send us the full screenshot of the test from step 7. We recommend that our users use Google Chrome.
