Overview
SocialTalent Interview Intelligence integrates with SmartRecruiters via a native Partner App available in the SmartRecruiters App Marketplace. The integration allows interview insights to be automatically linked to the correct role, candidate, interview, and interviewer within SmartRecruiters.
How to set up the integration

Log in to SmartRecruiters as an Admin

Open the SmartRecruiters App Marketplace

Search for SocialTalent Interview Intelligence

Install the app and approve the requested permissions

Complete the in-app connection flow in SocialTalent
Once installed, the integration will begin syncing data automatically.
Data we read from SmartRecruiters
The integration uses the following data:

Job/requisition details

Candidate name and identifier

Interview stages

Interview schedules
-
Interviewer assignments
This data is used to create roles, candidates, and interviews accurately in Interview Intelligence.
Data we write back to SmartRecruiters
Where supported, SocialTalent writes structured interview outputs back to SmartRecruiters, including:

Feedback per hiring criteria

AI-generated summaries of candidate responses
All data is written only to configured and approved fields.
Security and access
