Name	Description
% of Weekly Goal Completed (Current Week)	Progress on any weekly goal is calculated from Sun-Sat. This column related to the current week from Sun-Sat.
% of Weekly Goal Completed For This Period	Percentage of the Learner's current weekly goal (number of minutes of content to view in a week from Sun-Sat) that has been completed for the selected time period.
% Progress (Learning Path) this Period	The level of progress a learner has made in completing their assigned Learning Path for the selected time period.
% Total Progress (Learning Path)	The level of progress a learner has made in completing their assigned Learning Path.
All Recommendations Submitted this Period	Total number of times (this time period) a user has clicked the recommend button for any content.
All Team Comments Events this Period	Sum total of of All Team Comments events for this time period (Questions + Answers + Replies).
Avg. Challenge Score this period	The average score that a Learner has achieved after completing a challenge for the given time period.
Avg. Quiz Score this period	The average score that a Learner has achieved after completing a quiz for the given time period.
Badges awarded this period	The number of Badge awarded in the current period.
Badges Earned	A list of all Badges that the Learner earned.
Best Streak	Highest number of weekly goals achieved consecutively since a user has become active on SocialTalent.
Certificates awarded this period	Certificates awarded to a user in the selected date range
Company	Your organisation that uses SocialTalent.
Country/Region	Country/Region that the user is located.
Course Recommendations Submitted this Period	Number of times (this time period) where a user has recommended a Course.
Courses Completed this Period	List of courses (course names) that a learner completed for the given time period.
Current Certificate	Name of the certificate that the learner will be awarded upon completion of the current section of the learner's LP
Current Learning Path	Name of the Learning Path currently assigned to a Learner.
Current Streak	Number consecutive weekly goals achieved through to the current week.
Date Account Created	Date that the user's SocialTalent account was created.
Date First Login	Date the Learner first logged in.
Days to Complete LP	The number of days left to complete the Learning path.
Email Address	Email address of a person in your organisation the has been assigned a license to use SocialTalent.
Kudos Received this Period	The number of kudos (thumbs-up) received by a user in a given date range.
Kudos Sent this Period	The number of kudos (thumbs-up) sent by a user in a given date range.
Last Active Date	The last date the user was logged in and had a active session on SocialTalent.
Learning Item Recommendations Submitted this Period	Number of times (this time period) where a user has recommended a Learning Item.
Learning Items Watched this Period	Total number of Learning Items watched in a given date range. There may be multiple learning items in a course. A Mission is made up of multiple Courses.
Learning Path Duration	Total duration of your current LP
Level	Level is an overall representation of your learning achievements on the SocialTalent platform. A higher Level gives you huge bragging rights within your company and across your industry where SocialTalent is recognised.
Licence Activated Date	Date that a user's license was activated on SocialTalent.
Licence Expiration Date	Date that a user's license expired on SocialTalent.
List of Certificates Awarded	List of all the certificates awarded to a learner.
List of Courses Completed this Period	List of courses (course names) that a learner completed for the given time period.
List of Learning Paths Completed this Period	List of learning paths (learning path names) that a learner completed for the given time period.
LP Assigned Date	Date that learning path was assigned to the learner.
LP Minutes Remaining	The number of minutes left to finish the Learning path.
LP Minutes Spent	The number of minutes spent in the current Learning path.
LP Target Completion Date	Date threshold to complete the learning path by the learner.
Minutes Viewed this Period	Number of minutes of content that a learner has completed in the given date range.
Mission Completed This Period	Number of missions completed for the given time period.
Most Recent Badge	Most recent earned badge name.
Most Recent Certificate Awarded	Most recent certificate awarded to a learner
Nudges Clicked this Period	Number of Chrome Extension nudges clicked by a user in a given date range.
Nudges Displayed this Period	Number of Chrome Extension nudges displayed to a user in a given date range.
Number of Current Learning Path	Number of Current Learning Path
Program Minutes Remaining	The number of minutes left to finish the Program.
Program Minutes Spent	The number of minutes spent in the current Program.
Program Name	Program assigned to a user
Program Progress %	The user's percentage progress in their program
Progress towards current Certificate (%)	Indicator of progress made towards being awarded the Learner's next Certificate.
Recent Badge Date	The date that the most recent badge was awarded.
Recent Certificate Date	The Date that the most recent certificate was awarded.
Reports To	Name of the Manager/Team Leader that learner reports to.
Saves this Period	Total number of learning items and courses saved for later for the given time period.
Team Comments Engagement (Answers + Replies) this Period	Number of time (this time period) where a Learner has submitted an answer or a reply to a Team Comments thread.
Team Comments Initiated this Period	Number if times (this time period) where a Learner has initiated a new Team Comments.
Team Leaders	Team Leader is a professional in charge of guiding, monitoring and leading an entire group in the organisation.
Teams	A team or group of people in your organisation that uses SocialTalent.
Time Viewing Non Learning Path Content this Period (mins)	Duration of content viewed this time period, where the content is not on the Learner's Learning Path.
Total Available Badges	Total number of badges available from the SocialTalent Library that may be earned by a learner.
Total Available Certificates	Total number of certificates available from the SocialTalent Library that may be earned by a learner.
Total Available Courses in LP	The total number of Courses available to a Learner in her assigned Learning Path. A Course is made up of multiple learning items. A Mission is made up of multiple Courses.
Total Available Learning Items in LP	The total number of Learning Items available to a Learner in their assigned Learning Path. A Course is made up of multiple learning items. A Mission is made up of multiple Courses.
Total Courses Completed	The number of SocialTalent courses that a Learner has completed. A Course is made up of multiple learning items. A Mission is made up of multiple Courses.
Total List of all Courses Completed	List of all courses (course names) that a learner completed since first logging in.
Total List of all Learning Paths Completed	List of all Learning Paths (LPs names) that a learner completed since first logging in.
Total Minutes Viewed	Total number of minutes of content that a learner completed since first becoming active on SocialTalent.
Total minutes watched this week	Total number of minutes of content that a learner watched in current week.
Unwatched Updated Content (mins)	Duration of all content updates for which the learner has received a notification. This may include content that is on a Learner's Learning Path, or not.
User Name	Name of a person in your organisation the has been assigned a license to use SocialTalent.
User Role	Role in the organisation that users have been assigned. The user can be a learner, team leader, manager or company admin.
Viewed any recommended content?	Indicator of whether the user has viewed at least one piece of content that was recommended to her by a Manager or Team Leader.
Weekly Goal	Number of minutes that a user is expected to spend learning per week.
Weeks on the Platform	Total number of weeks that the user was first setup on the SocialTalent platform.
