Login problem on my mobile - “Email or Password incorrect, or account may be inactive, try again”
There may be instances when users encounter login issues while trying to access our SocialTalent mobile application. This can be a frustrating experience, especially if you have access only to your mobile and you wish to start or finish your training. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot login issues on the SocialTalent app:
Ensure You are Using the Correct Email Address
The first step in troubleshooting login issues on SocialTalent is to ensure that you are using the correct email address. Double-check the email address you used to register on the site. If you are unsure about the email address, try checking your Inbox for messages from hello@socialtalent.com. After that put your password and press “Login”.
You can now also log in using your Google Account or Corporate Microsoft Account if you have SSO authentication enabled. If you do not have SSO authentication, please directly type the email address and password in the box.Try to Log In Using a Web Browser
If you are using the mobile application to access SocialTalent, there may be some issues with the app. To troubleshoot this, try to log in using a web browser on your computer/laptop.
Go to http://app.socialtalent.com/ and try to log in. If you can access the site through a browser, then the problem may be with the mobile application.Update for Your Mobile Application
If you are still having issues with the mobile application, check if there is an update available. SocialTalent releases regular updates to improve the user experience and fix any issues with the platform. Sometimes, access to the SocialTalent site may be restricted due to technical issues or maintenance. To check if this is the case, run the connection test. If the test shows that there are no issues with the site, then the problem may be with your account.Password is Incorrect
If you are sure that you are using the correct email address, but still unable to log in, then the problem may be with your password. If you have forgotten your password, click on the 'Reset your Password?' link on the login page. You will receive instructions on how to reset your password.
Alternatively, you can contact the SocialTalent Manager/Company Admin in your organization and ask them to reset your password.
