Login for the first time

A valid license along with a user account is necessary to log in to the SocialTalent platform. This account is usually created by the company admin/manager or a SocialTalent manager. When a user account is added and active, the manager checks an option to send a "Get Started" email.

An email is sent to the email address (entered in user details by a manager) to log in to their account to start their learning. Below is an example of the "Welcome to SocialTalent" email received by the user:

Step 1:
There are two options to log into a user account:

Using a mobile app (iOS/Android)

  • Download the SocialTalent app,

  • Click on either of the links according to the device you are using.
    Using the browser on your desktop/laptop/mobile

  • Click on the "Start Learning Now" link in the email. The link expires after 24 hours. You can use the reset password option to set up your password OR request your manager to resend you the Welcome email.

Step 2:
When you click on the “Start learning now” button, a page will open up where you will be prompted to set a new password for your account.

You will also be prompted to answer a few onboarding questions to set up your profile to serve your unique learning needs.

Step 3:
After the profile is set up, you can log in to your account here with the username and password you have set in the previous step. If you are facing any issues with login, please contact your manager or our support team - support@socialtalent.com
