How to Find and Replace "NA" with "0" in Reports
In the context of generating reports, sometimes the term "NA" is used to indicate that a user hasn't started or was assigned to Learning Path, Mission or Course. However, if you wish to replace "NA" with "0" in your reports, there is a simple workaround that you can follow. Just follow the instructions below:
Open the report in which you want to make the replacement.
Press CTRL+H (Windows)/Control+H (macOS) on your keyboard. This key combination is used to open the "Find and Replace" dialogue box.
A popup window will appear on your screen, showing the "Find and Replace" options.
Navigate to the "Options" section within the popup window.
Within the "Options" section, you will find two checkboxes: "Match case" and "Find entire cells only." Make sure the "Find entire cells only" checkbox is selected. This option ensures that only the cells containing only "NA" will be changed.
In the "Find what:" field, type "NA" (without quotation marks).
In the "Replace with:" field, type "0" (without quotation marks).
Once you have entered the desired values, click on the "Find All" button. This will highlight all the occurrences of "NA" within the report.
Finally, to replace all the highlighted "NA" values with "0," click on the "Replace All" button.
By following these steps, you will be able to find and replace "NA" with "0" in your reports effectively. This workaround can help you modify the reports according to your requirements, ensuring consistency and accuracy in data representation.
