Content Feedback Report

The “Content Feedback” report in SocialTalent provides valuable insight and is based on feedback from users in the company, which is collected through surveys or other feedback mechanisms. This article will guide you through the steps to generate this report and customise columns. To access the “Content Feedback” report, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Reports section→ Select 'Detailed raptors’ → Templates → Content Feedback
   

   

2. By clicking on the cog icon and then 'Edit', you will be presented with a screen like below:
   

   

    By default, only 3 columns will be selected:

   • Course Name

   • Positive

   • Neutral

   • Negative

Make sure that the column “Survey feedback” is also added to the report. This column will list a sentiment score.

3. Last step is to press on “Save as new” and wait till the report will generate. After report is ready you can export it as .csv or .xlsx file.
