What the ATS integration does
The ATS integration enables SocialTalent Interview Intelligence to automatically:
Import new roles when they are created in the ATS
Import candidates and interviews when a candidate is scheduled to have an interview
Associate interview insights with the correct hiring context
Sync structured interview notes back to the ATS (where supported)
This allows interview intelligence to appear at the right moment in the hiring process, supporting evidence-based decisions.
