Why this integration matters

The ATS is the system of record for hiring. To deliver accurate, low-friction, and enterprise-ready Interview Intelligence, SocialTalent must connect directly to the customer’s ATS. This ensures that roles are created automatically, candidates, interview, and interviewer information are imported correctly, and allows Interview Intelligence to operate as part of the real hiring workflow rather than a standalone tool.

What the ATS integration does

The ATS integration enables SocialTalent Interview Intelligence to automatically:

  • Import new roles when they are created in the ATS

  • Import candidates and interviews when a candidate is scheduled to have an interview

  • Associate interview insights with the correct hiring context

  • Sync structured interview notes back to the ATS (where supported)

This allows interview intelligence to appear at the right moment in the hiring process, supporting evidence-based decisions.

Data we use from the ATS

Depending on the ATS and permissions granted, we typically access:

  • Candidate name

  • Role/requisition details

  • Interview stages and interviewers

Data we send to the ATS

Depending on the ATS capabilities, we will send interview notes back to the ATS. This can include:

  • Overview feedback

  • Detailed feedback per hiring criteria

  • An AI summary of the candidates response per hiring criteria

Data security and control

  • Customers control which ATS data is shared

  • Data is used solely to power Interview Intelligence workflows

  • All integrations follow enterprise security and compliance standards
